How to Apply

Registration and EMIS ID Assignment

For Schools Without EMIS IDs

Visit the RIVEMIS portal and navigate to the 'Account' section.

Click on 'Register' to access the registration form.

Fill in the required details

Click 'Register' to submit the form.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a code for your first login.

For Schools With EMIS IDs

Go to the RIVEMIS portal and select 'Sign Up'.

Enter your school's EMIS ID, email address, and phone number.

Complete the sign-up process to gain access to the platform.

Profile Update

Log in to your RIVEMIS account.

Click on 'Profile' and then 'View Activation Form'.

Complete the form across the four tabs

Click 'Submit' to finalize the profile update.

Adding Students Individually

Log in to your account.

Navigate to 'Students' and select 'Add New Student'.

Enter the student's details

Click 'Save' to add the student.

Adding Students in Bulk

Prepare an Excel file with the list of students in the specified format.

Log in and go to 'Students' > 'Upload List'.

Download the sample template and format your list accordingly.

Upload the Excel file and review the preview for accuracy.

Click 'Continue' to upload the students.

Applying for School Approval

Ensure your school is registered and your profile is updated.

Navigate to the 'School Approval' section on the platform.

Follow the provided procedure to apply for approval.

Uploading Passport

Log in to your account.

Go to 'Students' and select 'Upload Passport.

Choose the students whose passport you wish to upload.

Upload the passport images in the required format.

Registering Students for Examinations

Log in and navigate to 'Examinations' > 'Registrations'.

Select the examination and session.

Click 'Start' to view eligible students.

Select the students to register and click 'Register'.

Proceed to the payment page and choose your preferred payment method.

Complete the payment process and print the receipt.

After successful registration, print the examination slips for the students.

Uploading Continuous Assessment (CA) Scores

Log in and go to 'Results'

Upload CA Results'.
