How to Apply
PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION PROCESS
Login to https://healthreg.riversstateapps.ng
Click on Register as Professional
Fill Select Professional mini-form and make payment
Check mail and click to verify email and activate account
Login to site to Fill and complete profile info (personal & professional data) including MDCN data
Upload all relevant documents
Professional Identification Code (PIC) is created and available on dashboard
Await Admin approval
Admin approves
Profile /PIC is made available for platform registered facilities to request
Notification of practitioner approval is received in mail
Professional can download copy of Annual License to Practice
Admin prints and seals license for collection
FACILITY REGISTRATION PROCESS
Login to https://healthreg.riversstateapps.ng
Click on Register Your Facility
Fill a mini-form for email and password and create account
Check mail and click to verify email and activate account
Login to site to Fill and complete profile info
Click on New Application
Select Application type and make Application payment
Click on Application and complete Application details (Proposer data, Facility data, Staff data)
Send request to professionals for acceptance
Upload all relevant documents
Pay Admin/Inspection Fee
Await Admin Approval
Admin Approves
Notification of approval is received in mail
Admin schedules inspection
Inspection is done
Facility generates and downloads copy of Annual Health Facility Operating License
Admin prints and seals license for collection
