The Rivers State Ministry of Water Resources
The Rivers State Ministry of Water Resources is responsible for managing water supply, sanitation, and rural development. Select Add Borehole
Complete the form and submit
Notification with schedule for borehole inspection will be sent
Borehole inspection
If approved, notification of bill for permit fee will be sent
If not approved, notification of reasons for disapproval and required action would be sent
Make payment
Borehole permit would be available for viewing and printing
Registration of non-residential boreholes
Go to https://rivwamis.riversstate.gov.ng/

Log in with your username and password
Click Manage Borehole
Select Add Borehole
Complete the form and submit
Notification with schedule for borehole inspection will be sent
Borehole/facility inspection
If approved, notification of bill for permit/license fee will be sent
If not approved, notification of reasons for disapproval and required action would be sent
