Individual Taxpayers Procedure
Visit https://www.riversbirs.gov.ng/
Sign up via rivtamis.riversbirs.gov.ng.
Verify email, log in, and update profile.
Request a Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) by selecting an RIRS station and filling Form A.
Upload supporting documents and payment proof.
Submit request and track progress.
Accept or reject the tax assessment.
After payment, declare payment details via the New Declaration option.
Select category, payment type, and amount. Confirm transaction details. Pay using a preferred method.
Track payment history.
PAYE Agents (Employers/Organizations) Procedure
Log on to https://rivtamis.riversbirs.gov.ng/
Select category and complete the registration form.
Activate the account via email and update the profile.
Add new employees manually or import a list.
Add existing registered taxpayers.
Annual Returns Filing Procedure
Ensure employee list is uploaded.
Click Annual Returns > File Annual Returns.
Add or edit director details.
Upload CAC documents (CO2, CO7, Certificate of Incorporation).
Submit required forms (Form H1, Form G).
Upload supporting documents (Expatriate Immigration Quota, Deletion Letter if applicable).
Submit and track progress.

Select payment category, type, and amount.
Choose payment method and confirm details. View payment history.
