Rivers State Ministry of Transport

The ministry oversees road traffic management, marine transport services, and the maintenance of government-owned transport facilities, working to create a seamless and efficient transportation network across the state.

Sign up as an operator to access the enumeration form
Enumeration (form 01) is completed by both driver and the vehicle owner.
A passport photograph of both the driver and vehicle owner be provided.
The required documents be attached to the completed form before submission.
After a successful enumeration, a sticker is printed with the TraMiS ID for every vehicle that has been enumerated.
Operators/Drivers can now proceed to make payments (daily toll) on the system.
