About RSIPA
The Rivers State Investment Promotion Agency was established to drive economic growth and attract investments by providing a seamless system for investors to explore opportunities and apply with ease.
With vast natural resources, an educated workforce, and a strategic location, Rivers State has immense economic potential. However, a decline in industrial activities and economic challenges highlighted the need for a focused approach to revitalizing investment in the state.
This platform was developed following discussions at the Rivers State Economic and Investment Summit (May 22-23, 2024), under the leadership of His Excellency Governor Siminialayi Fubara. It serves as the gateway for investors to access high-impact opportunities and contribute to the state’s transformation into Nigeria’s leading investment hub.
